Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gradence Global Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality training, educational services, and support to all our students and clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy sets out clear guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. General Policy

  • By enrolling in our programmes, purchasing services, or accessing our resources, you agree to comply with the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • This policy applies to all students, clients, and organisations engaging with Gradence Global Ltd.

2. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your enrolment, subscription, or service, you must notify us in writing at contact@gradenceglobal.com.

  • Cancellations requested within 14 days of purchase (the “cooling-off period”) may be eligible for a full or partial refund, provided that the services or materials have not been accessed or used.

  • After the 14-day cooling-off period, cancellations will not normally be eligible for a refund unless otherwise required by law.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and will be granted only in line with the following:

    • If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and have not accessed the course/service, you are entitled to a full refund.

    • If you have accessed part of the service, a pro-rata refund may be applied at our discretion.

    • If significant technical issues prevent you from accessing our services, and these cannot be resolved by our support team, you may be entitled to a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Course fees where course materials, digital resources, or credentials have already been accessed or downloaded.

  • Services delivered in full prior to a cancellation request.

  • Customised training, consultancy, or corporate services once work has commenced.

5. Transfers & Rescheduling

  • In some cases, instead of cancelling, you may request to transfer your enrolment to another course date or programme (subject to availability).

  • Requests for transfers must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.
